As we continue expanding internationally, we’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager based on the Gold Coast who is creative, organised and passionate about content to help take our social presence to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands what makes content convert, and enjoys being both behind and in front of the camera creating engaging digital content. You will play a key role in growing our presence across Instagram and TikTok, while producing content that supports brand awareness, community engagement and paid marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Create and shoot internal content for social media, including content for paid ads and UGC-style creative• Develop engaging content for Instagram and TikTok, including planning, filming and editing• Manage daily posting and scheduling across social media platforms• Coordinate and manage relationships with affiliate and creator platforms such as LTK, Awin and other affiliate partners to source and collaborate on UGC content• Support influencer and gifting programs, including coordinating product seeding and following up with creators• Assist with community engagement and social media administration• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with campaign and brand objectives
What We’re Looking For
• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram trends• Experience creating UGC-style content and short-form video• Highly organised with strong follow-up and admin skills• Comfortable filming, editing and producing social-first content• Experience working with affiliate or influencer platforms (LTK, Awin or similar) is a plus• Creative thinker with a strong eye for aesthetic and storytelling
