As Centre Manager at Jenny's ELC, you'll lead with passion and purpose guiding your team to deliver high-quality education and care while creating a warm, supportive environment for children, families, and educators.
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service, driving excellence in compliance, team culture, and community engagement.
This is a hand on role for an experienced Centre Manager who is ready to lead with heart, laugh with joy, and make a lasting impact in the lives of children and their families.

* Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of Educators
* Ensuring our children, families and team receive the very best resources, interactions and education
* Connecting with families to build strong, supportive relationships and create a truesense of community.
* Advocating for amazing educational outcomes for children while having fun alongthe way
* Fostering a positive, engaging, and inclusive workplace culture where everyone feelsvalued and supported.
* Developing and foster long term partnerships with key support agencies to help ensure everyone is valued and supported.
About You:

* A deep understanding of the Child Care Subsidy and Additional Child Care Subsidy Systems
* A strong awareness of the VEYLDF, NQF, and Child Safe Standards and a drive to deliver outstanding outcomes within these frameworks.
