We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to join our growing ecommerce group, home to several leading beauty and lifestyle brands. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing fast, thoughtful, and brand-aligned support across multiple online stores. This is an in person role based at our dispatch facility in Bundall on the Gold Coast.
What You'll Do
* Respond to customer enquiries via Zendesk (email, live chat, social channels) with warmth, accuracy, and professionalism
* Manage and resolve order issues, returns, exchanges, and tracking enquiries
* Update, edit, and monitor orders within Shopify and related apps
* Liaise with fulfilment centres, couriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
* Maintain internal response templates, FAQs, and knowledge bases
* Identify recurring issues or feedback trends and escalate them to management
* Support product launches, sale events, and influencer activations with timely customer updates
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience using Zendesk and Shopify is essential
* Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
* Proven ability to handle multiple inboxes or brands simultaneously
* Excellent time management and attention to detail
* A calm, empathetic approach — even under pressure
* Familiarity with ecommerce logistics, fulfilment, and social commerce (TikTok Shop, etc.) a plus
