The Bradnams Windows and Doors team in Newcastle is seeking a Northern Region Sales Manager to help shape the future of windows and doors!


About the Role

As the Northern Region Sales Manager, you will lead and drive sales performance across the Northern Region of NSW (north of Sydney Metro). This role will be based out of Newcastle. You will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, expanding market share, and achieving revenue and profit targets. You’ll oversee a team of sales and customer service professionals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and a focus on customer relationships, technical selling, and profitable growth.


Key Responsibilities

1. Driving customer acquisition
2. Managing key accounts
3. Developing pricing frameworks
4. Leading the implementation of performance-driven sales processes
5. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
6. Setting product and customer targets
7. Providing clear direction to the team
8. Coaching and developing staff
9. Building a high-performance culture
10. Ensuring all team activities meet ethical and regulatory standards
