Our client is seeking a passionate pharmacist to lead our brand-new pharmacy in Gordonvale (30 minutes from Cairns) and engage with the local community to provide health solutions. To build positive strong relationships with patients and the community. Your primary focus is the patient's needs so you can leave the administrative tasks to the owner. The team prides itself on using the latest technologies whenever possible to make your day smooth and stress‐free. You will always be in a supportive and friendly work environment with full support from the owner whenever needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with patients, local healthcare providers, and the community.
* Provide professional counselling and advice on prescription and over-the-counter medications.
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the community pharmacy.
* Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently while ensuring patient safety.
* Maintain accurate dispensing records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
* Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and professional standard.
Requirements
* Bachelor degree in Pharmacy.
* Current AHPRA pharmacist registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
