Job Description
The Senior FP&A Analyst will be involved with the following:
* Lead the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
* Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
* Prepare detailed financial models to support business decisions.
* Collaborate with various departments to gather data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
* Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to senior management.
* Identify financial risks and opportunities to drive business improvement.
* Support the implementation of financial systems and tools.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior FP&A Analyst should have:
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience dealing with multiple systems including exposure to an ERP
* Advanced excel skills
* Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling and analysis.
* Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial reporting tools.
* Strong knowledge of the financial services industry.
* Ability to present financial data clearly to stakeholders.
* Ability to handle ongoing transformation and change within a growing organisation
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
