About The Role
We are on the lookout for a Sales Admin Assistant who is organized, tech-savvy and has a passion for customer service and administration. Working with one of our sales reps, you will be behind the scenes helping everything run smoothly – from contract processing to marketing and everything in between.
Key Responsibilities
* Database Management
* Contract Processing
* Liasing with clients
* Online Platform Marketing of properties
* General administrative support and office operation duties
What We\'re Looking For
* Experience in a similar role in administration
* Experience and confidence in using Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
* High attention to detail and accuracy skills
* Familiarity with a CRM/Sales platform is a bonus
* A Valid WA Drivers License
