About the Role
The Corporate Area Team Leader oversees all corporate hospitality operations at Browne Park Stadium on event day. From managing guest lists and coordinating catering to ensuring exceptional service across the corporate boxes, you will be responsible for delivering a premium experience for our corporate guests from arrival through to the final whistle.
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Confirming corporate hospitality allocations and preparing guest lists prior to guest arrival
* Overseeing catering delivery and timing in coordination with the external food vendor
* Briefing corporate hospitality staff on guest protocols, service standards, and access procedures
* Welcoming and assisting corporate guests and maintaining a high standard of hospitality throughout
* Coordinating beverage runners and table staff across all corporate boxes
* Monitoring corporate access compliance and managing guest issues promptly
* Collecting and securing all access cards and lanyards at the conclusion of the event
* Ensuring all staff timesheets are completed and signed off before close
What We're Looking For
* Experience in corporate hospitality, events, or a front-of-house management role
* Current RSA certificate
* Polished presentation and strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage a team and deliver a premium guest experience under pressure
