Role: Early Childhood Teacher
Location: Wangaratta, Victoria
Centre: Goodstart Wangaratta - Williams Road
Salary Range: Teacher - $54.18 per hour
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities

- Build meaningful relationships with families so each child has a solid sense of belonging
- Inspire a love of learning and deliver purposeful, intentional teaching practices with creativity and energy
- Mentor and guide educational practices in your room and work with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs
- Support optimal outcomes for children through high-quality programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Current Teachers Registration
- Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Ability to lead a classroom effectively and engage with educators, families and children
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Commit to reflective practice and continuous improvement
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
