We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to join our growing team in Brisbane. This role is pivotal in ensuring excellence in participant care, supporting team development, and contributing to service innovation and growth.
The Role Involves
* Managing a moderate caseload of complex participants, delivering specialist assessments, interventions, and treatment plans.
* Incorporating the latest research and best practices into participant care and therapy programs.
* Mentoring, supervising, and providing professional support to the OT team, including junior clinicians.
* Leading service improvement initiatives, including research, quality assurance, report proofing, and contributing to service planning.
* Monitoring changes within the NDIS and providing relevant updates to the team.

About You
* Qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration.
* 2+ years of clinical experience (NDIS experience highly regarded).
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex caseloads and provide guidance to team members.
* Exceptional communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain).
