About the Role
We are seeking multiple passionate and results-driven Senior Learning Advisor to join our Sydney-based Sales CAT team. This permanent full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performing telesales environment and is committed to delivering exceptional learning and development solutions.
You'll engage with both individual and corporate clients, advising on AIM's suite of qualifications and short courses. Your focus will be on building relationships, converting leads, and guiding students through their initial learning journey. This role combines strategic sales, advisory, and customer service, requiring a consultative approach and strong collaboration across internal teams.
Responsibilities
* Drive sales conversion through inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective students and corporate clients
* Provide tailored learning and development advice, mapping career pathways and recommending suitable AIM products
* Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Learning Solutions teams to ensure consistent messaging and premium student experience
* Participate in the development of marketing materials and promotional events
* Maintain compliance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Monitor market trends and contribute innovative ideas to enhance AIM's offerings
* Support lead generation and relationship building across schools, salons, clinics, and expos
About You
You are a confident communicator with a passion for education and sales. You bring:
* 2+ years of outbound telesales experience, ideally within the education sector
* Strong understanding of learning and development products and services
* Proven ability to build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service
* Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
* A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational skills
* Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic environment
* Knowledge of VET and HE sectors and their compliance frameworks is a plus
