We currently have an opportunity for a Batch Plant Operator to join our plant at Kingaroy.
In this dynamic and varied role, you'll be essential to meeting customer expectations throughout the ordering and delivery process.
Your responsibilities will include delivering excellent customer service, processing orders, batching concrete to precise customer specifications, and efficiently scheduling and dispatching deliveries to optimise the use of our concrete agitator trucks.
Additionally, you'll operate both mobile and fixed plant equipment, such as front-end loaders and forklifts.

Responsibilities Represent the Hy-Tec brand and provide excellent phone-based customer service.Take orders and finalise the sale of pre-mixed concrete for delivery.Batch concrete to specific mix designs via a computerized systemUse software packages to schedule rostering and truck movements for the region.Ensure Chain of Responsibility requirements are adhered to at all times.Order raw materials What you will need to succeed Previous experience in a similar role (highly regarded)Previous experience in Command/Jonel batching systems (desired but not essential)Experienced Plant Operator (FEL preferred)Demonstrated ability to prioritise work effectively in an environment of constant change.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with diverse customers.Confident when working with computers.
