You will enjoy a fast paced and proactive work environment Tasks & Responsibilities* Lead and supervise the project through every phase, ensuring timely completion, quality delivery, and budget management.
* Provide regular project reports to keep everything on track - time, cost, and quality.
* Drive the project schedule by working closely with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring efficient project progression.
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with external stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.
* Deliver exceptional customer service, particularly during the handover and defects phase.
* Ensure the highest standards of Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) compliance for each project, adhering to relevant legislation and company protocols.Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Site Manager in Structural Steel, delivering projects from start to finish.
* Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, motivate, and work collaboratively within a team environment.
