Senior Construction Site Manager
This is a senior role within our construction team, responsible for overseeing the entire building process from start to finish.
About the Role
* The Senior Construction Site Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction project, including planning, budgeting, and quality control.
* They will work closely with the design team to ensure that the project meets the required standards and specifications.
* The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate and lead a team of skilled tradespeople.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction project, including planning, budgeting, and quality control.
* Overseeing the installation of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
* Inspecting and testing work completed by contractors and subcontractors.
* Maintaining accurate records and reports throughout the project.
Requirements
* A degree in construction management or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the residential sector.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
