The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organization.
The Receptionist will handle the flow of people through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
This role is based in Southport.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the officeDirect visitors to the appropriate person and officeAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone callsEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g.
pens, forms, and brochures)Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveriesMaintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxingSkills and Experiences:About You:Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar roleProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteHands-on experience with office equipment (e.g.
