Department Supervisor Role Overview
The Department Supervisor is a pivotal position that demands exceptional customer service skills, leadership abilities, and a genuine passion for delivering an outstanding experience for customers.
This mid-senior level full-time role involves rostering across Sunday to Thursday with varying shift times. As a Department Supervisor, you will support the store management team by leading your department in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining merchandising & visual standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Modeling exceptional customer service and guiding the team to deliver a 'service over task' environment
* Actively gaining, maintaining, and sharing product & brand knowledge for your department
* Supporting management to improve financial performance within your department
* Working with the back of house team to ensure product availability and upholding company standards
We are seeking individuals with 2-3 years of experience in retail or a similar industry, who possess excellent time management skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a positive attitude to create a motivating environment for their team.
