Job Description

The Restaurant Operations Manager is responsible for managing the overall performance of a restaurant, including staff management, administrative tasks, inventory and ordering, scheduling and payroll, and reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Hiring and training new staff members
* Administrative duties such as financial management and HR
* Inventory management and ordering supplies
* Scheduling and payroll management
* Reporting to senior management on restaurant performance

Requirements:

* At least 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
* Demonstrated leadership skills with ability to motivate and train staff
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
