**About the Role**:
We're scouting for a top-notch site manager or supervisor ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into residential projects across the North, West, and South East regions.
As part of our Greenfields construction crew, you'll be the backbone of building dreams, overseeing the construction of single and double-story homes. Your mission? Make sure they're not just houses but homes that meet top-notch quality standards and tick all the boxes of Australian Building Codes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Doing the daily rounds for site inspections
- Keeping the paperwork game strong
- Hosting those all-important onsite pow-wows
- Reporting on progress, costs, and what's on the horizon
- Keeping the trades and suppliers squad tight
- Ensuring every brick laid is a masterpiece
- Spotting opportunities to cut waste and errors
- Being the safety guru on-site
- Championing good work vibes and quality outcomes
**About you**:
We're after someone who's been around the block as a Site Manager, Supervisor, or Leading Hand. You know your way around building plans, engineer reports, and all that jazz.
But most importantly, you bring:
- A serious passion for the building game
- A diploma in Building and Construction or a ticket that's just as good
- Tech-savviness with the Microsoft suite and co.
- Mad skills at building relationships with trades
- The resilience to hit targets and dodge curveballs
- Ears that are as good at listening as they are at hearing
