We're looking for a Strategic People Partner to support our leaders and help deliver a positive, consistent experience for our people.
You'll work closely with senior leaders to provide trusted advice on complex people issues, support leadership development, and help deliver key people initiatives.
You'll also guide and coach a team of People Partners, and lead work on employee relations, change management, and workforce planning.
Role Advising on strategic people matters Supporting investigations and industrial relations issues Working with unions and legal advisors when needed Supporting change and people projects across the business Help plan and deliver people-related projects that build capability across the business About You You're an experienced HR professional who enjoys working with senior leaders to solve problems and support teams.
You've managed complex employee matters, understand industrial relations, and have led people through change.
You will draw upon your approachable, collaborative communication style to support and mentor your team members, encouraging growth and development.
You'll Bring Strong team leadership abilities Experience as an HR Business Partner across multiple teams Strong knowledge of IR legislation and employee relations Great communication and organisational skills Confidence to challenge and influence A collaborative mindset and focus on continuous improvement What's on offer This is a fixed-term 12-month opportunity, offering an attractive remuneration and benefits package.
