The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal Secretary / Legal Assistant to join our Australian Shared Services team based in West Perth, WA.
Your key duties will include:
- Drafting, reviewing and executing simple legal documents and correspondence
- Manage Insurance Certificates of Cover and associated extensions
- Organising and maintaining contractual documents in filing systems both paper and electronic
- Ensure filing of corporate entities statutory books/ profiles are accurate and complete
- Provide administrative support to Senior Legal Advisor
About You
Your success in securing this role will require:
- Prior experience as a legal secretary or legal assistant
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Enjoy working work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders
- A certified Legal Assistant or certificated Paralegal, is advantageous but not a requirement
