WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Assist all walk in customers and phone calls with queries on shipmentsProvide clear and specific guidance on documentation and packaging requirements for all customersHelping with additional tasks as required for example, resolving and responding to email queriesThis is afull-time permanent positionworkingMonday 8:30am - 5:00pm, Tuesday to Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm
