About The Role
We are seeking a full-time Retail Assistant to join a busy Mackay store. This is a hands‐on, customer‐facing role where you will be responsible for assisting customers, assessing products, completing transactions, and ensuring a high standard of service at all times. You will play a key role in building customer relationships, providing clear information, and contributing to the overall performance of the store in a fast‐paced environment.

* Previous experience in retail or a customer service‐focused role
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
* Confident in handling customer interactions and negotiations
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‐paced environment
* Reliable, punctual, and professional in your approach
* Interest in products such as electronics, tools, jewellery, or collectables (desirable)
