About the role
Provectus Care, a leading provider of aged care services, is seeking an experienced Personal Care Worker to join our team in Elsternwick, VIC. This part-time role is integral to ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care and support in a warm, nurturing environment.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting residents with their daily living activities, including personal care, hygiene, and grooming
* Providing compassionate support and engaging residents in social activities to promote their overall wellbeing
* Collaborating with the care team to implement and monitor personalised care plans
* Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting on residents' progress and needs
* Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and quality standards
What we're looking for
* A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community) or equivalent qualification
* Current NDIS Worker ID
* Experience working as a Personal Care Worker or in a similar aged care role
* Australian work rights are required for this position
* A genuine passion for caring for and supporting the elderly
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
* A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
