Key Responsibilities

The Area Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer and product support with a high level of professionalism.

They will develop strategies to grow existing accounts, initiate new business, and drive sales through individual and team efforts.

The successful candidate will identify new marketing opportunities to support business growth and market presence.

Onsite and workshop-based inspections will be conducted to enhance product performance.

The Area Manager must maintain strong relationships with customers while pursuing new business opportunities.

They must demonstrate solid mechanical aptitude and prepare high-quality correspondence and manage contractual processes.

A commitment to zero harm behaviours in support of a world-class safety culture is essential.


Required Skills

* Experience in heavy industry, particularly in underground or surface mining, is highly regarded.
* Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
* Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work, safety, and ethical standards.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in computer use, including basic data entry.
