Job Description Belmont Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid Working $80k - $95k Super Mining Services A global client of ours is currently looking for an experienced Senior Billings Officer to join their finance team in Perth. This opportunity would suit someone with a strong background in billing operations, ERP systems and process improvement who enjoys working across projects, systems and stakeholder groups in a fast-moving environment. This position will support a range of billing and finance initiatives, with a strong focus on improving workflows, maintaining billing accuracy, supporting system-related activities and driving operational efficiencies across the wider business. Key Responsibilities Manage complex billing and invoicing activities across the business Support ongoing process improvement and system enhancement initiatives Assist with billing-related projects and operational change activities Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and improve processes Prepare and maintain billing reports, reconciliations and supporting documentation Monitor billing controls and ensure compliance with internal procedures Support pricing updates, customer invoicing changes and account maintenance activities Assist with reporting, KPI tracking and data analysis Provide support and guidance to internal teams regarding billing procedures and workflows Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function About You Previous experience in a senior billing, invoicing or accounts receivable role Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or Dynamics 365 Strong understanding of billing processes and financial operations Experience working with process improvements, workflow efficiencies or systems-related projects Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability What’s On Offer Hybrid flexibility Free onsite parking Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to work within a large and evolving global business Long-term career development opportunities
