Change Recruitment is a 4.5-year-old tech recruitment business working with enterprise and high-growth tech clients.
We're hiring a Billing Manager to lead and grow our perm function, someone who still wants to bill, set standards, and influence outcomes.
The role
This is a hands-on billing leadership role.
You'll:
Run your own perm desk
Lead a team of 5 permanent recruiters, all currently billing between $200k - $700k per year
Set direction on BD, delivery and market approach
Coach consultants to increase consistency and output
Help scale a specialist perm tech team.
Core areas include Software Engineering, AI/Data, Cloud and Testing, with the idea to grow out specialisms over time.
