About the role
The Technical Support team seeks an Advanced Technical Support Engineer to guide customers and SE businesses post-sales. Responsibilities include installation support, maintenance, remote troubleshooting, and managing critical customer issues by liaising with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
1. Understanding customer issues and expectations.
2. Reducing End-to-End resolution time for customer issues.
3. Enhancing technical skills and expertise.
4. Developing technical resources like FAQs and troubleshooting videos.
5. Showcasing customer success stories.
6. Identifying new opportunities during customer engagement.
7. Providing excellent technical service to bolster company reputation.
About you
The ideal candidate has an innovative approach, customer obsession, and a focus on delivering premium support. Skills required include:
* Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Power/Automation/Mechatronics or relevant trade experience.
* Understanding of Medium-voltage products, electrical schematics, and protection concepts.
* Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., AS, IEC).
* Preferred experience with on-site work, fault finding, communication protocols, and technical software.
* Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
