The School Administration Manager works collaboratively with the school principal and school executive and is responsible for the efficient management of the school’s business functions including administration, procurement and finance. The role includes training and leadership of the school administrative officer. The SAM is also the first point of contact for our visitors, casual staff, parents and partner organisations.

Essential Requirements
- Working with Children Check Clearance
- First Aid Certificate or willingness to undertake First Aid training.
- Administration of Medications – training to be provided based on student needs.
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Capacity to supervise staff.
- Demonstrated capacity to exercise initiative, organise resources and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to undertake financial and accounting responsibilities including use of computerised financial/administrative systems.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage an office.
- Ability to interact with school staff, students and members of the school community.
- Knowledge of and commitment to the department’s Aboriginal education policy.

Erina Heights Public School is located on the Central Coast in the heart of the Erina Heights community. It has a student enrolment of 256 students, forming 11 classes across K-6.
