Role Description:
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for meeting assigned sales quotas and goals within a defined industry and geographic territory. This role involves managing direct and indirect deals by leveraging partners, driving sales for the assigned industry through established channels to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular forecasts for assigned industries and territories as required by sales management.
2. Target key accounts and prospects within a defined sales territory by industry, geography, or product group.
3. Develop and execute business strategies to maximize opportunities and achieve sales budgets and key objectives within defined industries and geographic territories.
4. Provide leadership, training, and support to local resellers to drive key sales objectives.
5. Establish effective long-term customer relationships at all levels within the account.
6. Leverage chosen sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
7. C coordinate internal resources with representatives from pre-sales and other internal organizations.
8. Develop industry sector knowledge.
9. Support all strategic plans and marketing campaigns.
10. Take the lead in actively driving potential opportunities where resellers lack or require higher capability levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* We are ideally looking for candidates with AEC industry experience (or cloud-based construction experience), +5 years of business development or direct selling experience in a matrix organization, demonstrated success in building pipeline and closing deals from that pipeline.
