Salary: AUD33.46 - AUD33.46 per hour
Responsibilities
Warmly welcome guests: Provide an exceptional first impression by offering a friendly, attentive greeting upon arrival.
Seamless check-in/check-out: Ensure a smooth and productive check-in and check-out process, addressing any guest needs with a focus on their comfort and satisfaction.
Guest bookings and inquiries: Organise and confirm hotel bookings, proactively anticipating guest needs to ensure a personalised and memorable experience.
Communicate professionally: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other guest inquiries with courtesy, attentiveness, and efficiency.
Handle payments and transactions: Perform financial transactions accurately, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
Resolve issues swiftly: Address and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in hospitality: Previous experience in a front office or reception role.
Exceptional communication skills: A natural ability to communicate with guests in a warm, professional manner.
Attention to detail: Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-focused mindset: A genuine passion for providing outstanding service and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
Flexible availability: Availability across multiple shifts on a 7 day roster.
Additional Requirements
Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (or willing to obtain).
Valid National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).
