Lead Store Operations
About this role:
We are seeking a part-time Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations in our Mildura store.
You will motivate the team through demonstrating exceptional customer service and leadership skills daily.
Key responsibilities include supporting the manager with crew development, succession planning, managing targets and KPIs, maintaining merchandising standards, stock management, and inventory control.
To succeed, you must demonstrate team leadership and development skills, multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional people skills, including diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
