Job Description:
At the forefront of delivering world-class infrastructure, we seek an experienced Senior Infrastructure Commissioning Specialist to lead commissioning activities across Contract, Schedule, Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) policy, Site regulations, and Client requirements.
The Belmont Desal project is a pivotal initiative in the Hunter region. This esteemed professional will oversee commissioning preparation and execution, ensuring seamless integration with technical requirements as defined by contract documents.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the commissioning team to plan, document, resource, and execute testing and commissioning activities meeting technical requirements.
* Provide leadership and technical direction to project staff, design consultants, subcontractors, project managers, technology vendors, and blue-collar workforce to ensure safety and quality standards are met during testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
* Identify risks to construction handover, commissioning, and implementation, applying control measures to mitigate these risks.
* Develop, implement, and revise the Testing and Commissioning Management Plan in compliance with Contract requirements and Testing and Commissioning strategy.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, or Building Engineering.
* At least 15 years of experience in M&E installation/testing and commissioning.
* Minimum one successful experience as a Commissioning Manager.
