Job Title: Mental Health Leadership Role
The clinical manager is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision. This includes ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are implemented and met, as well as supporting innovation and quality improvement to ensure evidence-based outcomes for young people accessing the service.
This role involves providing clinical leadership and management to site based team members, excluding community engagement. The focus is on delivering high-quality patient care while promoting a supportive team environment.
In order to succeed in this position, you will need experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and leading the coordination of care for young people with complex needs. You must also have knowledge of evidence-based interventions & clinical practice in youth mental health.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Must have one of the following: Full AHPRA registration as a Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Mental Health Nurse OR AASW registration as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker
* Experience working with electronic client/customer management systems
* Ability to use desktop computers and Microsoft Office applications
* Holding/being eligible for NDIS worker screening clearance Blue Card eligibility required (more details can be found under other info)
