Lindsay ClearCompany is seeking an Allocator to join our National Transport Office in Coffs Harbour.

The Opportunity:
This role is an integral member of our National Transport Office Team, responsible for Linehaul operations success.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Allocator will liaise with drivers, operations staff, compliance, and customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Driver allocation and scheduled runs management
2. Departure and arrival times communication with drivers
3. Fatigue and mass knowledge in accordance with legislative requirements
4. Fleet utilisation maximisation for optimal operational efficiency
5. Process implementation and enforcement
6. Driver conduct alignment with company policies and procedures
7. Achieving customer satisfaction through timely driver performance
Roster Details:
This role follows a day shift roster from Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts possible.
About You:
To succeed, you should demonstrate:
1. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with temperature-controlled freight
2. Familiarity with fatigue, speed, mass, and maintenance requirements
3. Staff management skills
4. Strong customer focus
5. Multitasking ability
6. Metropolitan and regional freight network knowledge
7. Friendly phone manner
