Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact.
* Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
* Efficiently process customer orders and inquiries in a timely manner.
* Perform administrative tasks and general office duties as required.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, including effective telephone etiquette.
* Prior experience in a call centre environment, preferably within the food service industry.
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
* The ability to work under pressure in a dynamic team environment.
