Job Title: Senior HR Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources practitioner to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing senior level HR leadership and support to our busy, complex HR workload.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.
* Provide expert guidance and advice on employee relations and employment law.
* Manage and develop the HR team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Develop and implement workforce planning initiatives to meet business needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree level education or equivalent in HR Management or Organisational Development.
* CIPD Level 7 or equivalent qualification.
* Chartered MCIPD or Chartered FCIPD status.
* Proven experience of leading HR teams and developing the skills of HR team members.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
