The Role
* Lead a culture that builds a team of engaged product ambassadors within your store.
* Enable and empower your management team who are customer-focused, results-driven and proactive.
* Coach your team to deliver Brand moments and elevate the customer shopping experience throughout your store.
* Identify development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement and performance for succession planning.
* Work with Field VM and Merch partners to provide insights and drive results for customer satisfaction.
* Manage schedules and wages effectively to achieve productivity targets.
* Advocate for social responsibility initiatives and lead the team on making a positive impact globally.
