* As an OSHC coordinator, you will lead your own service and support local families by providing quality care and programs for their children.
* You will be responsible for creating engaging programs using industry-leading tools, mentoring a team of educators, and managing compliance documents and administrative tasks.
* Our services are available Monday to Friday, with no weekend work required.
About You:
* We seek an individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships are essential.
* Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not mandatory.
* A completed or currently pursued ACECQA-recognised qualification is necessary.
* An Employee Working with Children's Check and willingness to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting are also required.
