We're seeking a proactive Finance Officer who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves improving processes just as much as delivering accurate, efficient financial support.

About the Role

As the Finance Officer, you'll be the go‑to expert for accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing card processing, and general financial support across the business. You'll partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, building trusted relationships while keeping financial operations running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, communicates with clarity and confidence, and brings a continuous improvement mindset to everything they do.

What You'll Be Doing

* Deliver exceptional customer service across AP, AR and purchasing card queries.
* Maintain and update financial data, systems and procedures - including writing clear work instructions.
* Process financial transactions: accounts payable, receivable, p‑card, adjustments and more.
* Reconcile accounts and prepare payment runs, invoices and statements.
* Manage credit applications, monitor limits and support responsible credit management.
* Work collaboratively across teams to strengthen service outcomes and ensure consistent delivery.
* Contribute ideas that improve processes, efficiency, and system performance.
* Champion safe work practices and compliance across all relevant policies.

What You'll Bring

* A qualification in accounting/finance or strong experience in a similar role.
* End‑to‑end expertise in accounts payable and receivable.
* Experience with NAVision (bonus points!) and confidence using modern technology.
* A true customer‑first approach - you know how to communicate, negotiate and support with ease.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate.
* Excellent time management and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
* A reflective, values‑driven approach to your work and relationships.
