The Altara Group is an aviation focused consulting, recruitment and employment services organization and is seeking expressions of interest from appropriately qualified experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based at our Head office in Melbourne's inner North.
Working alongside our General Manager of Human Resources you will lead a small team that is responsible for designing and implementing significant end to end recruitment campaigns and strategies predominantly focusing on cabin crew roles. Altara recruits and employees cabin crew for some of Australia's major airlines across Australia.
**The position**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and deliver major bulk recruitment programs for our major airline clients.
- Develop and maintain high level reporting protocols and processes
- Lead, support and mentor talent acquisition team.
- Ongoing liaison with the key stakeholders on matters relating to attraction and retention strategies along with talent acquisition trends
- Actively participate in and identify opportunities for process improvement

**The person**
You will be an experienced talent acquisition skilled with several years of achievement recruiting preferably within the aviation industry experience.
