Coady's Auto Repairs is seeking a friendly, reliable and outgoing part-time Administration Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.
This role is Monday to Thursday, 8.00am - 5.00pm (34 hours per week) – which means you'll enjoy a long weekend every week
Who this role might suit
* Someone with administration or reception experience looking for a change
* A school leaver wanting to enter the workforce, with the option to complete a Business Traineeship (Cert III)
* A gap year candidate keen to gain valuable office and customer service experience
The Role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide professional, high-quality customer service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the workshop. You will work closely with our workshop and management team and help build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing professional, friendly and efficient customer service
* Answering phone calls and welcoming customers
* Managing bookings, emails, and correspondence
* General administration including data entry, filing, banking, reports and accurate record keeping
* Assisting with accounts payable and receivable
* Supporting smooth workshop operations
Skills & Requirements
* Previous administration or reception experience preferred (not essential)
* Professional presentation with strong customer service skills
* Well organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
* Reliable team player who can also work independently
* Current driver's licence essential (applications without a valid licence will not be considered)
Additional Information
* Start date negotiable, however immediate start available if suitable
* Salary negotiable based on skills and experience
