Job Description
Lead store operations including sales, P&L, compliance, and team performanceDrive profitability and achieve sales targets across all site functionsManage stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation standardsEnsure exceptional customer experience and service deliveryRecruit, coach, and develop team members across multiple rolesManage rosters, leave calendars, and performance reviewsMaintain WHS compliance and foster a safety-first cultureRepresent TKD at trade shows, stocktakes, and promotional eventsTravel occasionally and work flexibly across a 5-day roster
The Successful Applicant
Proven leadership experience in retail or trade/industrial tools environmentStrong knowledge of sales principles, KPIs, and customer needsSkilled in team development, coaching, and performance managementExcellent communication, time management, and organisational skillsCommercially savvy with a passion for customer serviceForklift license and frontline management qualifications (desirable)Current driver's license and willingness to travel (if necessary)
