We are looking for a Head of Operations and Growth who is ready to lead a skilled and passionate team and the day to day running of the business while ensuring our growth initiatives are executed with consistency.

Key Responsibilities
Operations and Team Leadership
* Lead and manage the studio team (both head office and instructor team) through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance conversations.
* Oversee instructor recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
* Manage the class schedule, including optimisation and cover coordination.
* Build, implement and maintain systems (SOPs) to ensure consistency across operations.
* Uphold high standards across all areas of the studio experience.
Growth and Campaign Coordination
* Own the campaign calendar and ensure all campaigns are delivered on time.
* Coordinate the rollout of offers, launches, and promotions.
* Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment across all channels.
* Oversee website updates and improvements (with external support where required).
* Track and report on growth metrics, including leads and conversion trends.
Planning and Performance
* Support quarterly planning and business priorities.
* Manage the annual calendar (events, campaigns, training, maintenance).
* Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Ensure the business remains proactive and well organised.
Culture and Team Experience
* Foster a strong, positive and accountable team culture.
* Lead team initiatives, including development, recognition and key touchpoint.
* Ensure alignment with Happi’s values and standards.
Partnerships
* Support and manage partnerships with local brands and community.
* Ensure all collaborations are delivered to a high standard.
