Perigon Group is partnering with a leading, high-growth financial services group to appoint a Group Financial Controller into a critical senior leadership role.
This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced finance leader who wants genuine ownership, influence, and impact within a well-run business that continues to scale.
The role
Reporting to senior leadership, the Group Financial Controller will take ownership of the end-to-end finance function across a complex group structure. The role combines strong technical oversight with commercial leadership, team development, and close engagement with key stakeholders.
To be successful, you will bring:
* Proven financial services experience (essential)
* Exposure to financial markets, asset management, trust or similar structures
* Confidence owning the full Group FC remit across multiple entities
* Strong technical grounding and sound commercial judgement
* Ideally firm-trained, now operating at senior FC or Group FC level
