Position Available: Full Time Concrete Site Supervisor – Tongala, Vic
Mawsons is a family-run business that produces quality construction materials throughout Northern Victoria and Southern N.S.W. Across these regions, Mawsons are prominent players with over 500 employees across 80 sites. Trading also as Milbrae and Country Concrete, with a history spanning over 110 years, Mawsons are very well established and highly regarded.
We seek a capable person with great people skills, who is highly organised and confident. This full-time position is supervising our concrete site operations at Tongala and delivering concrete to our customers. Based in Tongala and supporting our surrounding Mawsons concrete sites to deliver on business needs.
Duties include:
Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with local customers
Concrete batching
Concrete agitator truck driving and delivery of concrete
General administration tasks, job scheduling & logistics
Established leadership, communication and organisational skills
Basic computer and administrative skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and to work autonomously, as well as in a team environment
A positive attitude and good work ethic
Heavy rigid truck licence
Industry knowledge and experience (an advantage)
