Robins Kitchen is a renowned destination for kitchenware, cookware, and all things culinary. We are seeking a Part‐Time Assistant Store Manager for our Forster store, working a fortnightly 48‐hour roster.
Responsibilities
* Drive sales and achieve store KPIs.
* Lead by example on the floor and deliver excellent customer service.
* Coach, motivate, and develop the team.
* Support stock, visual merchandising, and day‐to‐day store operations.
* Stepping up to run the store in the Store Manager's absence.
Qualifications
* Retail leadership experience (Assistant Manager / 2IC).
* Confidence, customer‐focused, and commercially minded.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, dynamic environment.
* Passion for developing and motivating a team.
* Ownership mindset, leading by example, and care for high standards.
