Key Responsibilities:
* Take ownership of a portfolio of commercial assets, building strong and sustainable relationships with both owners and tenants.
* Oversee lease administration, rent reviews, renewals, and compliance with lease obligations.
* Manage operational matters including maintenance, contractor coordination, and capital works.
* Develop and execute property marketing strategies in line with asset performance goals.
* Prepare turnover forecasts, budgets, and financial reports, and monitor the financial performance of the portfolio.
* Handle tenant arrears, negotiate abatements, and manage high-risk tenancy issues with strategic oversight.
* Contribute to the onboarding of new clients and deliver a high level of service throughout the property lifecycle.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a current Real Estate Agent's Representative Certificate or License.
* Demonstrates a solid understanding of commercial property management and relevant legislation.
* Brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach to managing stakeholders and resolving complex issues.
* Has proven experience managing a commercial property portfolio independently.
* Communicates with clarity and confidence, with a strong focus on client outcomes.
* Is highly organised, commercially minded, and comfortable managing competing priorities.
* Experience with Cirrus8 will be highly regarded.
