Entry-level or more substantive Funeral Administration role depending on candidate's background and experience. Potential for career development in a long standing, fourth generation family owned Funeral Home. The successful candidate would be the first point of contact for callers and visitors and must have a high degree of empathy, excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional and respectful manner at all times.
The successful candidate would initially work under supervision, but would be expected to grow through learning and development and exposure to the different aspects of the business.
Tasks would include, but are not limited to:
* Greeting visitors
* Answering calls
* Administration of paperwork and data entry
* Housekeeping duties
* Filing
* Distribution of information and requests internally and to third parties
