Your New Role:
As a permanent employee based at our Paget operations in Mackay, you'll provide administrative support to our local hire team. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who can manage responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate transport and logistics for our branch
2. Manage vendor orders and payments
3. Oversee administrative tasks such as purchase orders, quotes, stock takes, and asset management
4. Handle vendor and client queries efficiently
5. Support our Manager and Sales team with administrative duties
About You:
We're looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Previous experience in administration, particularly within construction or resources industries, is highly regarded. If you're new to modular buildings, don't worry – we have a supportive team ready to help you learn.
