As Assistant Store Manager, your main responsibilities will include working closely with your team on:
* Management of Inventory
You will also have the opportunity to grow and step up into the Store Manager's role in their absence to demonstrate your capabilities!
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, energetic, and understands and lives our culture of diversity, fun, and family. The following attributes, skills, and qualifications will contribute to your success in the role:
* You enjoy and regularly participate in activities such as hiking, climbing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, running, camping, and travel.
* Retail Certificate is an advantage but not essential.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or 2-3 years experience in retail sales.
* Able to lead a dynamic team environment with strong leadership skills.
